Your telephone call history lists information about all your incoming and approachable calls

About call history

Your telephone call history is updated every 15 minutes and saves information virtually calls for 31 days.

You tin can view information nearly calls for all your numbers, such as caller ID, elapsing of the call or what happened on the call.

Your administrator activates or deactivates call history for you. When call history is deactivated, the information is no longer updated and tin can't be viewed. Call data from before phone call history was deactivated is saved and can exist viewed when call history is activated once more. Your administrator can also download your telephone call history as a CSV file for y'all.

Searching your call history

Yous tin can search your call history with different criteria, such as approachable, answered or international calls.

  2. Select My Numbers > My Phone call History .
  3. Select the criteria you want to use and select Search .

    Select Bear witness Advanced Search , select the desired criteria and then select Search .

Search for incoming or approachable calls.

Display the call history for a selected user, grouping or company number.

Description

Origin/Destination

Search for calls made from a specific phone number or to a specific phone number.

Call type

Search for international or national calls, or calls fabricated from other Ane Cyberspace numbers.

Telephone call status

Search for answered or unanswered calls, or calls that received a busy indicate.

Elapsing betwixt

Search for calls that lasted for a specific time.

Viewing telephone call details

Your call history displays a summary of all calls matching the search criteria, besides as the list of calls with information such as the originating phone number, the destination phone number or duration of the call. You tin can view details of every call.

Description

Identifier ( Call information )

A unique number for identifying the call.

Number ( Origin )

The phone number the call was made from.

Presentation number ( Origin )

The caller ID of the user making the call.

Number ( Destination )

The phone number the telephone call was made to.

Final number ( Destination )

The phone number the telephone call was redirected to or picked up from.

Consummate route

Information about what happened on the call.

Call events testify what happened to the call and the features used on the call.

  5. To encounter details of an event, in the Complete road section, hover over the icon in the Events column.
